14.1 Mail problem with Internet Explorer

Hello,
A user with IE 9 can not compose or reply to email. The compose window
open blank and this error is shown:

Hi Tom,

we are only supporting IE 10 or 11, and of cause recent versions of
Chrome, Firefox and Safari.

Recommended is Chrome for highest speed and usability (dragging files
from EGroupware to your desktop).

I have a similar problem but with IE 11.

Here are the facts:
Egrooupware 14.1
Internet explorer 11.0.96

When I log in to the calendar. I can add a meeting and save it.
If I try to add a second meeting. The pop up page is always blank!
I get the pop page to display properly. I need to close it. Do a CTRL + F5 refresh and add the meeting. Then the pop
display the page correctly.
I can repeat this behariour at will.
The first on is ok but the secont pop opens blank and display nothing.

Anybody have an ides?

We’re about to release 14.2.20150707 the next hours.

I can confirm, that 14.2.20150707 Community Edition builds failed for:
a) Debian7/8
b) SLES and openSUSE

suse is fixed now and is building right now.

Debian 7/8 needs more analysis, why it fails (it works for our EPL
packages).

I let you know once they build.

Thanks for the reply but I did the upgrade and I still face the same problem!

Versions facts:
IE : 11.0.20
Egroupware : 14.2.20150707
Ubuntu 10.04.4 LTS

Any pointer as to where I should look?

I checked the debian.changes in repo, where you wrote a new release to 17.07.
This release is still unavailable for me on debian stable platform

could you please help?

I have Debian Wheezy and have installed this upgrade today from OpenSUSE
repo, I think it appeared in repo yesterday. Might be that Jessie
version lags behind?

I fixed Debian 7 problems a couple of days ago and since today Debian 8
is building again too.

Any pointer as to where I should look?

I saw the exact same issue using the currently most recent version (release
14.3.20151130).

As the machine showing the problem can’t change any settings, like allowing
the egroupware-site as a “trusted site”, I put it down to a too-restricted
configuration.

I solved it by installing Chrome and Firefox as portable-apps and using these
2 browsers, it is working.

I’m glad I managed to remove IE from the supported browser list a long time
ago.
