Hi Mary,
We have recently upgraded from egroupware 1.6.003 to 1.8.004 and while
everything is working, we have found some changes that it makes it difficult
for some of our users to use. The amount of white space around entries in
timesheet has shrunk (an entry in egw1.8 takes about 75% of the space of the
same entry in egw1.6). As we have several people (including the boss) with
dyslexia, they find it very difficult to read text when it is too closely
spaced.
We have tried adjusting font size but this just makes it a bigger wall of
text. What we need to be able to do is to increase the cell padding and/or
cell spacing in the table so that the text is easier to read.
When you look at the html source, the only difference I found was that in
1.8, the table tag (in this case the table that shows the project, title and
description of a time sheet entry is) is
In the 1.6 version, no cellpadding or cellspacing is given.
How can we return the display behavior of 1.6?
Padding and spacing can be changed by editing “timesheet.index” with
eTemplate app.
There are several posts explaining usage of eTemplate app.
