Datenbankfehler nach Update

hallo
ich habe gestern ein aktuelles Update von eGroupWare 1.8 auf unsren debian 6.0 Server aufgespielt
jetzt bekommt egw keine Verbindung mehr zur Datenbank

Fehler in error.log:

egw_config ist leer

Was kann hier passiert sein und wie bekomme ich das System wieder zum Laufen.

egw_config ist leer

egw_exception_db is the type of the exception not a database.

As the query is straigt forward

SELECT * FROM egw_config  WHERE config_app='notifications'

Either the table is corrupted or something went wrong before.
egw_config is never empty, if EGroupware is installed.

If the databas is wrong, how can i copy return an older database update from last freyday.

And – why can the table in the database be destroyed, if I update egw from 1.8.02 to 1.8.04?

The program egw dosn’t work, so I cannot restor the database backup

Have you any idea.

Database restore works from setup too. You dont need to be able to log
into EGroupware.
