How to install groups in 19.1 ? (from 17.1)

We have been using egroupware (CE) since 2008. Currently we have version 17.1. How to install into version 19.1 groups?
We have a directory password : http://login:password@download.opensuse.org/repositories/server:/eGroupWare/
However, there is no version for Ubuntu 18.04.
Please how to install groups?

Please help. We just need to update from the version 17.1 to 19.1.

EPL is our (payed) subscription version, you need to look one paragraph further down:

You can safely use one of the other Debian/Ubuntu versions, eg. Ubuntu 16.04, as it’s all PHP scripts and no binaries.

You want t install egroupware-groups, not the EGroupware EPL-version.

Please read:

With an in-place upgrade, the group app would have to be retained. It would also be installed on a new installation at the same location. Try this once with a test update.
