Issue with vacation module

Hi S.PERES-LABOURDETTE,

Hi there.

The issue is when i try to “apply” or “save” from the vacation form, i
get the message :

Not Found

The requested URL
/EGroupware/Api/Etemplate::ajax_process_content/index.php was not
found on this server.

Sometimes it works. It is not browser related (tried with both chrome
/ FF from mainline up to date releases).

When it works (rarely), firebug is showing :
https://h3.omerin.com/json.php?menuaction=EGroupware\Api\Etemplate::ajax_process_content

That is what it should be and always is, when trying on my development
system or in our hosting.

When it fails (most of the time) :
“NetworkError: 404 Not Found -
https://h3.omerin.com/EGroupware/Api/Etemplate::ajax_process_content/index.php?redirect=1472126517.3128”

Hmm, that URL is obviously wrong, thought I dont know what’s leading to
that situation. Specially if it happens for your just sometimes …

It seems that the form post url gets malformed most of the time.

The “with message” field is requirement field and status field has to submit to server on onchange therefore if there’s nothing set as message in “with message” field, it will throw validation error.

Thanks for your answer.

I understand “with message” should be filled.

Well, it has been filled from what we may call initial session.
Upon a new session, going back to the vacation form, every field is
loaded correctly and the “with message” displays correctly, exactly as
it was from the initial session.

But from that point, apply & save generates 404 most of the time, as
soon as i don’t touch the “with message” field.

It looks like the “with message” have to be “changed” to make apply /
save working as expected.

Typically, when i need to change status only, to ensure “apply” won’t
lead me to 404, i need to add some characters at the end of the “with
message”.

Strange, isnt’it ?

Setup is egw from git / apache 2.4 / php 7 / fcgi / cyrus imap.

Hi guys, one line to mention that whatever has caused this issue,
switching back php stack from 7.0.10 to 5.6.24 has gotten rid of it.
