Hi, I’ve 3/4 users in a group.
Now I want to share an external mail account between same goup users.
How I can do it?
Than I want to create a calndar group view. As department calendar, where all gop users can See personal clanedar and Group calendar. Is it possible?

Hi Andrea,

Go to a user => mail Account => create new account
and use the Group as legitimate:

After that the mail account will appear as another Mail account in the overview.
You can create a signature for all employees using variables:

that first of all to your first point.

I’m not quite sure what you want to end up with.
But first of all the following:
To see a calendar of a user you have to have (at least) read rights.

You will have to deal with the calendar settings. There you can and must adjust a few things if necessary.

Also have a look at the planner view for users.

Finally, you can create the view(s) as favorites for the group. Then nobody has to worry about how to get the view.
