Hi Rafael,
iCalServer is gone for many years now. You should use CalDAV to sync
with Thunderbird using the following url:
https://yourdomain.com/egroupware/groupdav.php/yourusername/calendar/
There are tutorials and webinars on our website, thought they explain
sync only for iOS or Android:

I am
following http://community.egroupware.org/index.php?wikipage=ManualSynciCalServer
to synchronize a Thunderbird/Lightning calendar with EGroupware using
iCalServer (ICS).
It says to use
"https://example.org/egroupware/icalsrv/icalsrv.php/events.ics" as a
URLs for the calendar.
I replaced “https://example.org/egroupware/
https://example.org/egroupware/icalsrv/icalsrv.php/events.ics” with
"http://domain.tld/egwfolder/".
But I do not see a “icalsrv/” folder, nor find a icalsrv.php. Should I
install something else ?
