Hi Ted
Project Manager and infolog work very well; Make the hiring a project (or even individual projects for each candidate)
Email can be converted to infolog entries, which can in turn be attached to a project.
The infolog app. has categories for phone calls, notes, emails, and to-dos.
Responsibilities can be delegated to project members.
Documents can be uploaded & linked (ie PDF or *.doc resumes, letters of reference, etc)
All contact info can be put in addressbook, and subsequently attached to a project.
ProjectManager supports time tracking, Gantt chart, milestones, dependencies ate - Not as full featured as MS Project, but should be more than what you need for this.
You may contact me directly if you have questions.
regards
Ken
I know egroupware doesn’t do everything, but I’m trying to work it like it
did everything. It really is a
useful tool. So I’m looking for ideas.
I and my staff of 3 are interviewing several job candidates and I looking
for the best location to
keep these candidates and where we are with them (interest > interview >
tech review > hire >
decline, etc)
Which would be the best tool to use within egroupware so that our team can
work together on
these candidates?
Thanx
Ted
