Caldav recurrence events strange behaviour

First of all:
Egroupware version: 20.1.20210125
Install type: docker

If i create an event with caldav (eg: Thunderbird caldav), with weekly recurrence, than the event in Egroupware placed thursday always, instead the adjusted day in event.
Eg.: i want to create an event monday 13:30 with weekly recurrence on caldav. After that the event is created once monday and thursday 13:30 with recurrence every thursday.

Can you help this please?
