I am not sure if it is a bug in Lightning or in Egroupware, so I post it
twice.
I have an ical file which contains the following recurring event:

It is expected to show up at 9:00 in the morning (German time) every
Monday. This is working for winter time. If I take a look in my calendar
for next week (summertime) I can see the event at 10:00.
