eGroupware 20.1 ::: Tracking system email notification

Hello,

I am using egroupware 20.1 and tracking system all is working fine except email notification receive very late.

Please help how to make change so email notification get instantly.

One more thing if admin add any comment than another user receive email notification instantly but when user add any comment than no email notification to admin user which is the part of assign user.

Please help.
