hi, with the new update “created on” field in email is displayed ok, but the time of comments is not correct when we have more than one comment:
if the real time of comments is as below:
20:08 comment 3
19:27 comment 2
18:49 comment 1
in the email the time is displayed as:
20:08 comment 3
23:27 comment 2
22:49 comment 1

Only the last comment has the correct time.
Can you please recheck it?

Could be there is a timezone conversation missing

If description is modified after three comments, the time of comments changes like below:
00:08 comment 3 (Real Time in ticket 20:08 comment 3)
23:27 comment 2 (Real Time in ticket 19:27 comment 2)
22:49 comment 1 (Real Time in ticket 18:49 comment 1)

Please re-check with 21.1, we wont fix it in 20.1.

If the problem still exists, I’ll ask @ngegw again to have a look.

I have done the update with new 21.1 release and the problem still persist.
