I have not done this with Outlook, but the SyncML client from Funambol has worked great for Thunderbird and Blackberry devices, so I would use the Funambol SyncML client with Outlook. I tried the eGWOSync app and didn’t get it working well.

Download and install the funambol plugin on the workstation from:

3. read the configuration instructions here:

   The mobile phone settings given here work fine for me in Thunderbird and I would expect them to work in Outlook.
