I have a problem with email accounts (egroupware 19.1.20200318).
In the accounts the email server (IMAP and SMTP configuration) is set with the name: mail.mioserver.it.
If I change the IP address in the DNS, I can no longer access egroupware. The login loop until timeout error.
The problem occurs even if I turn off the email server.
Furthermore, I can no longer access egroupware if I viewed the email mask when logging out.
If I log out with any other mask except email open, everything works regularly, both by changing the ip of the email server or turning off the email server. It is as if egroupware to work requires the email server …
What could it depend on?
Previously in some accounts to access the email server I had to set the ip address and not the dns name otherwise it would not connect. Can problems be connected?
