Error after upgrade from 23.1.20260131 to 26.2.20260224 (Ajax.php)

“Debian GNU/Linux 12 (bookworm)” (up2date)
mariadb-server 1:11.7.2+maria~deb12 (vectors supported)
php8.2-cli/fpm 8.2.29-1~deb12u1
Installed via: composer create-project --prefer-source --keep-vcs egroupware/egroupware (all OK).
In setup: convert tables / clear cache / register hooks / check installation (all OK).
Restarted FPM, Apache, removed /tmp/egw_cache etc. (FF cache too).
All OK till login, where I get:
api/src/Framework/Ajax.php (476)
Error!
explode(): Argument #1 ($separator) cannot be empty (0)

Hints/suggestions to solve?

Looks like your webserver_url is somehow empty.

Is that a backup or a new install?

You can configure the webserver_url in setup > Configuration, it should never be empty, normally we use “/egroupware”, or “https://example.org/egroupware”.

Upgrade of the instance I have been using for over 7 years.

Looks like your webserver_url is somehow empty.
WAS empty (but worked years without problems).
I added proper value, will try to repeat upgrade and will give feedback.
