sorry to say but there is no such thing as a path against trunk. I don’t
fiddle with trunk yet, as we are happy with 1.2 by now (apart from wrenching
FeLaMiMail and the named feature).
As I know from István, your F -> I solution is not compatible with mine.
Lars already has the felami side, it is heavily reworked and contains a HTML
read solution and quite some charset fixes, quoting.
In Infolog I have created a custom type “mail” with a custom field “original
message” pointing to the attachment that contains the complete mail incl.
headers and stuff. States are cu-rcvd, cu-sent, cu-draft (cu for custom).
Send is triggered by an extra button in the edit form. It switches to the
compose form of felami giving you the option to “send and infolog” thus
keeping the original infolog entry as a template.
All attachments are transferred both ways, saved in vfs. Downside: no
cleanup of temp files. This is done automatically here. Had to fix vfs for a
bug that produces a bogus version by applying properties too early when
creating a file.
I might send you a svn patch against 1.2.104, which is the version currently
used here.
Don’t know how and when I will fit 1.4 to our needs yet.
