Icalsrv and utf-8: _foldLine cuts utf-8 charactes in two pieces

Hi,

I’ve problems to use lightning with egw 1.4-branch. The events.ics contains non utf-8 characters. It seems that the function _foldLine cuts a two-byte utf-8 character in two one-byte characters, which obviously can’t be valid utf-8. I’ try to fix _fold_Line, but I think you guys are faster

FYI: I’ve installed egw with latin1.
