Hi all,
Recently, EGW no longer allows me to extract the report from a meeting, whose template I created using Word. When a meeting is over, I try to enter the meeting data into a word file as shown in the figure.
If I try to extract the data with word I get this error:
In English it stands for “impossible to load the plugin” or something like that.
If I inspect with the browser the error reported is:
I can’t understand what is happening.
any suggestions?
