Project Manager to Default Group

I want to start project manager and create a project and assign to different users which is belong to default group but project manager not visible to these login.

Hi,

You have to make sure, your users have rights to execute applications. See:

On the screenshot, the rights apply to a group, but it is the same for users.

Thanks for your information. Actually i want user not change start date or end date only add comments.
