Hello wolf,
I’ve talked to Thomas also about this. I’ve installed zend, extjs on
my hosted solutions next to egw. Including the demo and db access.
All works fine. Thanks for checking also. Always good to know, I’m
not the only one who tries

hello artoge,
i have just installed the small demo of this introduction to my hired
webspace at lonex.
i only uploaded the zendFW to www.mydomain.com\Zend\ and the extJS to
www.mydomain.com\extjs\ by ftp plus the demo scripts to my hired
webspaces
root and i had to switch to php5 - that was all - there were no
aditional
installations on the server needed.
next days i will add the mysql-db-access.

Hello Lars and Thomas,
Correct me if I’m wrong: using zend or extjs has no effect on any
production server?
If so, that’s to me the wrong direction, as then I won’t be able
to use
that approch. I’m using hosted solutions for my customers and on that
webserver will not for a very long time change enything but a
newer php or
mysql.
Give me any clue.
