Sitemgr additional SEO features

I added a few extra form fields to a page:

1. Alternate Title used in the title tags of the html page only. That way you ca use a less human readable but more SEO friendly title for seo purposes. Sometimes I wanted a different page title then what appeared in the site index/navigation.

2. Meta Key words per page

3. Meta Description per page

This was added to r25575

Would anyone commit these extra features?

I will put it up for you tonight. There were changes to many files. I did not rewrite anything so I followed the exact style that was there. My tester should be done with it today.

Hello Ralf,

I have made changes to the following files and added 3 new fields to the table egw_sitemgr_pages_lang.
The variables {keywords} and {description} needs to be added to the main.tpl or the main template file. I didn’t think you would want me to upload each tpl file changes
