Sitemgr SEO Additions - Please commit someone ... please

1. Alternate Title used in the title tags of the html page only. That way you can use a less human readable but more SEO friendly title for seo purposes. Sometimes I wanted a different page title then what appeared in the site index/navigation.

2. Meta Key words per page (most search engines do not use anymore but since I was in the hood)

3. Meta Description per page (used by google to describe page in search results)
