I have a request to produce a report/display of all records for a specific
user of all closed records for a particular date. My query thus far is:

select \* from egroupware.phpgw\_tts\_tickets where ticket\_owner = 10 and
ticket\_status = ‘X’

but I see no definition for the Date or Closed Date. Information does not
seem to be in the ticket\_detail, and I do not seem to be able to find any
other tables correlate to ticket data.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Paul Wiley

Hi Paul,

without checking in the sources, I guess they are in the
phpgw\_history\_log table.
