Workflow & Default User

Hi i need help
I try to create a simple process with workflow application (eGroupWare version 1.2.105 ).
The process is broken down into four activities.I create the start activity and i need to add a new role « All » assigned to this activity (because all users must be able to access to this activity).
But in the process activities list, the Default User did not change: no Role associed with this activity.
Does any one of you have any idea as to what customization needs to be « All » in the list of default users .

Your explanation is quite confused

Your activity must be mapped to the role ‘All’ and then you should be this
role to a real group of user. For exempel a group G-Workflow containing all
users having access to the workflow.
You do not have to use the ‘default user’ fonctionnality as this is used to
force a special user.

This way all people will have the right to execute this activity (if it is a
starts activity it will not be listed in the classical way, only in the
start activity tab.
