Add Tracking System through Infolog but link not synchronized

Hello, I have a problem in operation.
I added the Tracking system by right-clicking on the Infolog. In the link tab page of the pop-up window (tracker-edit), there are existing links to Infolog and attach files. But after clicking “Save”, when I open the Tracking system which I just created , the linked page is empty.
Is this normal?
