Adressbooks are not explict created. but appear if you grant a group (or a user) rights on a groups addressbook.
Let’s say you want an addressbook for the admins to share contacts they need:
Go to Administration and open User groups in the tree menu, then right click on Admins group and select Access control. In the opening popup you select “Access to Admins groups data by others” and add (+ Button) all rights for the Admins group itself.
Next time you log in as a member of the Admins group you have the addresssbook Admins.
Not yet, it’ planned but I have not found time and a customer paying for that feature.
