Fresh install CardDAV Update Works but Add Fails

this is my fist post.
i’m migrating from Horde framework.

i.m running in a problem with syncing carddav i can alter a existing contact but not wite a new contact.
in apache i get a error at the put command.

im running the latest Docker groupware in a vm environment and configured to use openLdap voor autorisation and carddav on ubuntu 24.4.

thou the groupware interface i can ad and delete contact no problem but syncing fails if i switch back to Mysql bracked contact syncing works but from mysql.
but my contact are in Ldap.
my test system Ldap i got read an write to all so no acces problems.

I see this problem is been spoken of earlier but there is no solution given in the form.
is there a solution or a configuration problem that i missed.
hope some one can help.

Hmm, we use the LDAP backend mostly to access (and update) accounts, thought adressbooks in LDAP should work. The difference between DB backend and LDAP is: in LDAP the user authenticated must have LDAP rights to update the contact. Maybe that is your problem …

Otherwise it makes sense to check your PHP logs (/etc/egroupware-docker/egroupware-logs.sh) while the error happens and also check the CalDAV/CardDAV logs. I believe there’s a HowTo here in the forum on how to enable them, in short: Avatar menu > Preferences > CalDAV/CardDAV Sync > Logging / debugging > Enable logging: Requests and full responses to files directory
After the logging is enabled and you send your failed request, you need to re-open the preferences and under “Show log of the following device” a popup with the log will open.

thank you all for replying,

i made some pictures of my settings the ldap rights are read and write for everyone wide open.

here are some pictures of my settings and ldap.

the only error reports that i found are in /var/lib/egroupware/default/files/groupdav//.log
i use portainer and no log a made during the synchronization.
this are the errors i found the log is much lager but i wil only post the errors hope you can see the problem.
if i look at the error i don’t know were to begin.
