Get about 2400 Adress's from the adressbook in the emailprogram

Hi guys,

I tried to send an newsletter for 2400 people. When I use the mailprogram from EGW an go to the adress book and take the category for newsletter (2400 People) and I click select all(its named a bit in another way in german) the window shows me, that the adresses are integrated but in the new email there is no adress. What can be the problem.
It is really important to know what the problem could be, because the newsletter has to go out soon. Thanks for your help.
Ive heared that there was a time were it had worked.

Hi,

sometimes the mailing could fail, if there are one or more
email-adresses or Names with special-charts which are not working in the
mail-context.

The only way to find the “wrong” contacts is do split into subs and see
when it fails …

Thank you for your help. The thing is, if I try to send in pieces of 100 it works but alltogether not?!? And with the 100s sometimes it works sometimes not?!?

wie birgit schon geschrieben hat Du musst die faulen eier finden!
Das können Umlaute leerzeichen (auch hinter der Adresse oder davor) sein
usw.
Mit den 100 , die funzen gibt es klein Problem in dem Hundert die nicht
gehen ist mind ein faules Ei.

Ich habe das Spiel auch schon hinter mir. Meist passiert das wenn
Adressen importiert werden da dort anscheindend keine Prüfung
stattfindet. Du kannst auch versuchen sie nochmal zu exportieren und
dann nach leerzeichen und umlauten und anderem Kram zu durchsuchen …
macht sich sicher in anderen Anwendungen besser als in egw.

Oh danke,

habe schon 5 Adressen gefunden, wo was offensichtlich dahinter steht, trotzdem geht es noch nicht.
Kannst du mir kurz erläutern, was alles Fehlerhaft ist (auch ein Leerzeichen nach dem de?!?)

Ja, ich meine auch Leerzeichen … dahinter und davor … hatte ich aber
auchgeschrieben.

habe jetzt alle Adressen durch den Emailsyntax gejagt, da habe ich alle fehlerhaften rausgesucht.
Trotzdem geht es nicht. Er zeigt zwar an, dass er 2353 Kontakte hinzugefügt hat, aber im mailfenster passiert nichts ;-(
Hast du noch eine andere Idee, woran es liegen kann. Es ist tatsächlich sehr wichtig, dass ich das problem löse

sonst auch nicht… wird aber am schnellsten gehen!
