Install egroupware under debian lenny

Hi,

I try to install egroupware 1.8 from the opensuse reps but this doesn’t work.

I have
deb http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/server:/eGroupWare/Debian_5.0/ ./
in my reps and
try to install with apt-get update | apt-get install egroupware but this installs
egroupware 1.4 from the
debian source… If I quote theses out, I can’t install anything…

Any suggestions?

Apt will use the default sources of Lenny. Are you sure you are in Lenny
? i Think Lenny use egw 1.6.

Use aptitude to install egw, with aptitude, you can select between
several versions.
Run aptitude with sudo or as root, then press l, type egroupware as
search, select the egroupware paquet and press enter to see details,
versions are at the botom. Select the 1.8 verison and press +, then
press g to see what will be installed and press g to run install.
