Mail : double click on an email dont mark it as read

Hello,

The bug occurs since version 26 and only when the Mail preference “windows layout” is set on “Never show” (screenshot below)

I reproduce the bug on demo.egroupware.net :
1/ double click on an unread email
2/ the email is opening in a new window
3/ the email is not marked as read on the mailbox
