Hi Istvan,
if you want open a bug report for sf.net in their own bug tracker. To my
experience, it does not speed up fixing the issue, they do it anyway in
their own speed. We have absolutely no influence on such matters 
Only think we can do is make an own mailman install, like we did with
nearly all sf.net services now. Unfortunately that costs time, I dont
have at the moment.
An own Mailman install is planned anyway, as it will fix several issues:
- tracker list would be working again, as we cant get sf.net to accept
mails from noreply@egroupware.org
- lot spam on the lists
- one configuration for all lists
