PEC Attachments not displayed in the email but existing

Hi All,
We have encountered a significant issue. In emails, digitally signed attachments with the .p7m extension often do not appear. Typically, when a document is digitally signed, the document name becomes xxxx.pdf.p7m. When a second party signs it, the name becomes xxxx.pdf.p7m.p7m. This is very common.
The image shows an email with only one attachment, but when it is registered, two files are shown among the links.

This can be a serious problem, as certified emails are important contractual documents.
Has anyone else had the same problem? Is there a solution?

Hi Gabriele,

if you want us (EGroupware GmbH) to look into this, you need to provide us with such an email, that can be one you received (as EML-file) or one you send to us (info@egroupware.org) with such a signed attachment from yourself.
