RocketChat side panel: erratic behavior

Hi All,
Since installing version 26.0.20260113 I notice an erratic behavior of the vertical side panel. The panel is objectively very convenient for making all calls and having a clear view of who is connected.
He has not appeared for a few days. Have you entered new settings ? Is there anything I can do ?
Any suggestions are welcome

Please check whether you have execution rights for the app Status.

Previously, the side panel did not appear. Now it appears completely unpredictably.

In any case, can you tell me where I should grant users permission to use status?

Hi All
It may be useful to inform you that after two hours of work, the sidebar appeared. I believe this was in response to a message received from Rocketchat.
I hope this is helpful.
