Tracker Email Handling Not working on cron

I am trying to receive emails into the tracker. When testing it using the test mailhandling once option it works. It does not work automatically. I have checked the CRON log and it shows the egroupware wrapper firing on time. There are no errors in the apache log. Sill it does not receive automatically

Of course you can’t say much about it if you don’t provide information about what you have set. Please make screenshots of your settings.

Sounds like you are lacking an “Smtp only” account.

As EGroupware either encrypts personal mail accounts with your session password or can send your session password to a mail-server using the same authentication source, sending mail only works, if you are logged in.

It fails without a user-login on a cron-job!

I believe Stefan has a forum-article about creating an Smtp-only account and we have a tutorial video about it.

EGroupware version 17.1.20181018
Installed on Fedora 30

Notifications out bound from egroupware seem to be fine. Such as appointment and new Tracker tickets

When mailhandling in tracker is set up it does not pick up Incoming emails automaticaly . But it does pick up the incoming mail when the “test mailhandling once” is selected

If I look at async and timed services in Admin it shows the tracker is set to check the mail incoming

When I check the linux cron job is says

(apache) CMD (/usr/bin/php -q /usr/share/egroupware/api/asyncwrapper.php)

So I don’t see how smtp is the problem
