Installed on Fedora 30

Notifications out bound from egroupware seem to be fine. Such as appointment and new Tracker tickets
When mailhandling in tracker is set up it does not pick up Incoming emails automaticaly . But it does pick up the incoming mail when the “test mailhandling once” is selected
If I look at async and timed services in Admin it shows the tracker is set to check the mail incoming

When I check the linux cron job is says
(apache) CMD (/usr/bin/php -q /usr/share/egroupware/api/asyncwrapper.php)
So I don’t see how smtp is the problem
