Ralf, Stefan,

I ran across a new issue in 23.1 developer-edition. In the past I’d set the Toolbar->Preferences to show monthview in the toolbar. In the past it was shown. I noticed after the git-pull and then revert to 23.1 branch that monthview isn’t shown, even though it is configured to be shown, e,g,

Is there something else needed to get the monthview button added to the toolbar in Calendar?

Any help appreciated.

Also, in Admin Accounts, if I click on the e-mail for a user, the link attempts to launch the Mail app that freezes egroupware to the point I have to close the tab and re-login. Is there any magic needed just to be able to bring the Mail app up. I think in the 1.8 tables the e-mail shown was used to mail notifications of calendar events. Problem is, it has the old-wrong password and I keep banning myself at the firewall

In master month-view wrongly has a [12] icon, not yet a [31].

About mail accounts: use a right-click on your user (or any other) in Admin, and then select Mail account in the context menu. With you 1st select-box in the popup you can switch between different mail accounts.

Oh! Thank the Gods! It worked like a champ. All I had to do was update the password for the mail account. Strange that a bad password would cause egroupware mail to freeze solid. That makes it almost impossible to update the unix password for a user without causing a mail freeze in egroupware.

Maybe a failure to authenticate on opening mail should just display a pop-up for invalid username/password. It actually caused egroupware to freeze on me. I guess changing a unix password is never an atomic operation where other apps are involved.

But at least I’m not banning myself at the firewall anymore :)

Thank you again!
