Thanks, I installed and it’s working. But I have doubts about this.

In the .odt template build_tag.odt there are fixed barcodes and I observed
that the tinyDoc can’t add or change pictures dynamically in OpenOffice
documents.

Yes, there are barcodes in that odt, but they are placeholders. They
get replaced with the proper content.

Looks good over all, thanks.
I did make a couple changes before committing:

In your code you only accept bank accounts, so in your eTemplate I
changed the Bank account field to only have bank accounts, not any GL
account.
I added the standard icons.
Since your report template is not in English, I put it into /pt-br
instead of /en. If that’s not the right language code, let me know.
Since pERP checks for the user’s language first, if your users are
using pt-br the report will work fine. Since English is a fallback if
the user’s language version of the template is missing, if you have an
English version of the template, I’ll add that into /en.

I translated the report, but I don’t know exactly the standards of international bank slips. I tried to translate the .odt file following the terms of perp_ar. like ‘bill from’, ‘bill to’ and others. Please review the translations and change what you think necessary.

You have several issues.
What URL or arguments are you using to generate the barcode? Mode is
missing, you need to pass that.
It looks like you’re using php5.2, so you don’t have the fileinfo

I get nothing but errors when using images replaced/added in TBS, all the reports I’ve configured have to have embedded images for them to not be detected as corrupted and need to be fixed before being opened. I never did look in to why but I know it’s not just me who’s had that problem.

Yes, that’s the standard place to put images, so I guess that’s the best place.

unchanged report break?
The images should be embedded, TBS is supposed to take care of adding
them into the zip.

Hi Nathan,

It’s for all stock and custom reports where any custom logo image is set in Admin / pERP / Company Logo setting. When OO repairs it, the logo does actually end up in there but not as one expected. I did start looking in to this before but ran out of time so ended up just shoving the images in there manually and moving on. I will make some time to come back and visit that and do some more investigation as it really does deserve a fix.

I’ve developed some very nice (visually appealing and intelligently designed) reports for a few common things which I’d be delighted to contribute to back to the project so I’ll send them over for your thoughts when I look in to this matter further. I would like it if the reports I developed didn’t have an embedded logo in and it was truly dynamic so I’ll look in to this some more for you.

Strange. All the reports I use regularly come up with the appropriate
logo (if squished a little sometimes).
Are you using a local file (/var/www/egw…) or a remote file
(http://)? URLs don’t work.

I’ve developed some very nice (visually appealing and intelligently designed) reports for a few common things which I’d be delighted to contribute to back to the project

I’m always happy to see contributions.
