Ralf has planned to implement this feature: then you can choose also
someone from the adressbook, but it’s not ready yet and I don’t long it
will take. At the moment you can only choose the option ‘mail to all
participants’ when you edit the calender-entry. Then you can add other
email-adresses to the automatically created Mail and/or change the Text.
I thought the link might do it but I’m sure what it actually does.
I also don’t see a facility to maintain a short lists of email
addresses, like all of the people working on a project, which might
include vendors, contractors and others outside your organization.
It’s planned to create mailling-list in the adressbook, but it’s under
developent in the moment, hopefully it’s available in march. At the
moment you can define a categorie and asign the contact to this
categorie. You can choose in FelamiMail the small adressbook-icon while
creating a mail and select there at the top the categorie you like to
send the mail to. Then click on the ‘to’-field in the top-row of the
shown table. Then all email-adresses of this category will show up in
the to-field of your mail …
Something similar is to add project members who are not users of the
server. These may be other outside participants in a project.
Same here like for the calender, when Ralf has the time to program the
code for the calender it wil also be available for the
projectmanager-application.
