Creation of new account

Hi,

Hope everyone is doing well, just a couple of days ago I updated Egroupware from 20.1 to 21.1. unfortunately today I am facing a problem regarding the creation of a new account.

I am not able to see an IMAP email account in the EGroupware mail menue.

Is anyone also facing this issue?

Any help will be much appricated.

Hi Hafiz.

Your screenshot shows the wizard. You can see the existing accouts if you go via the users…

Or I don’t really understand your problem.

Hi @StefanU,

Thank you for your prompt response, actually, I can not add any email address to egroupware to read emails.

Earlier I was able to add as many email accounts as I want.

I clicked on continue and the server stopped responding after some time.

Hi @StefanU,

I found the solution to the problem, actually, there is a wrong link on the Continue Button. when I clicked on Back Button then it leads me to the next page.
