I see a lot of this sort of thing and hear about it from my user base. I
keep pointing them to the kde developers so that they can get the client
straightened out. I would suggest the same to you.
We had a kde developer in house for a bit (different part of kde than the
calendar) and he supplied some fixes for part of the problem (but this was a
few releases ago so they no longer patch correctly). He also stated that
much of the xmlrpc client code needs work. This is why I push such request
from users to the egw lists to post directly to the kde developers/lists.

I use suse 10.0, KDE 3.5, Egw 1.2.004
Teorethicaly synchronisation between Kontact and EGW is ok, but:
- Entries somehow duplicates in KDE Calender. It is impossible to
delete these events form KDE (they appere after reload), after
deleting it from EGW it does not dissapear in Kontact
- After editing entries in Kontact it goes out of synch with eGW.
Atfer that it is unable to delete them.
- Egw does not retrieve status of tasks form kontact. All kontact
tasks in egw is marked like “?”
Maybe simple solutions are awailable to fix these problems? Any
comments
