With my upgrade to 1.2, I am unable to assign tickets to anyone, and the
priorities have changed. Is there any documentation on this, or a way
to roll back just a specific module?

Hi.
TTS now uses ACL’s .
So set your ACLs and you’ll see that will work.
About the priorities: I prefer the old version, but I can handle it…
