Summary: LDAP account import errors

Initial Comment:
I’ve experience several ldap errors when trying to
import an account from ldap server.

The problem has been tested with:

  • Debian etch (testing trunk) with php 4.4.0
  • Debian etch (testing trunk) with php 5.0.5
  • Fedora Core 3 (testing trunk) with php 4.3.11

When importing accounts from ldap, error logs dumps:

PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function on a
non-object in
/srv/egroupware/phpgwapi/inc/class.applications.inc.php
on line 54, referer:
https://webmail.vectorsf.com/egroupware/setup/ldap.php

This error can be also experienced in other classes
after fixing class-by-class rewriting function.

PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function on a
non-object in
srv/egroupware/phpgwapi/inc/class.accounts_sql.inc.php
on line 42

PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function on a
non-object in
/srv/egroupware/phpgwapi/inc/class.accounts_sql.inc.php
on line 303, referer:
https://webmail.vectorsf.com/egroupware/setup/ldapimport.php

PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function:
invalidate_session_cache() in
/srv/egroupware/phpgwapi/inc/class.accounts.inc.php on
line 377, referer:
https://webmail.vectorsf.com/egroupware/setup/ldapimport.php

I’ve also tried modifiying several php.ini parameters
(register_globals, magic_quotes, etc) without success.
I’m not sure if it’s a bad include_path creation
process or a php.ini misconfiguration.

This bug is fixed in CVS now.

You can update via CVS with the following commands:
cd /var/www/html/egroupware # replace with your eGW install dir
cvs update -dP

To check if you have cvs availible (on most *nix system it’s
installed by default), try:
cvs --version
If that gives you a version-number, you have it installed. More
infos about accessing CVS, see
https://sourceforge.net/docman/display_doc.php?docid=14033&group_id=1

Be aware that the public cvs at sourceforge.net needs 24 hours to
get synced with the developer cvs.

If you can’t update via CVS: our next packages will include this
bugfix anyway.

Thank you for your bug report!
