Summary: Sorting a column do not work as expected
Initial Comment:
When we click in the column’s name to sort it, we get
the column sorted by ID, no by name, as expected.
My enriroment:
Mandriva 2006
Postgresql 8.0.7
Php 5.0.4
Apache2

Ordering is done by SQL, before translations are made. This
is a design issues.
A workaround could be to renumber the state_id in
phpgw_tts_states (and all corresponding fields in
phpgw_tts_transitions, phpgw_tts_tickets and
egw_history_log!) to match the alphabetic descriptions in
your language.
This works as expected (not a bug). You might consider
creating a feature request, but it’s not likely it will be
implemented in TTS.
