Hi,

I’m looking for more general info on how to use EGW in your business or
company… How to organize projects, delegate tasks, etc… What to do
with certain applications (projects. infolog, …)?

I use egroupware for some task here. And it’s so good.
I use the following aplications:

tickets for help-desk to computer users.
wiki to put my quality-manual (iso9000). Very good
knowledge base to store procedures and forms of quality system
(iso9000) and docs to help new employes and trainees. very good.
projectmanager to control tasks in projects. Timeline e Action Plain.
filemanager to share files with groups (EDI)
Contacts …
And callendar.

Egroupware is very functional here, but I’ve must training people to
use. But is very good.

Hi,

I wrote a first draft in this topic about infolog, but it is in hungarian :slight_smile:

I plan to write a howto/practical using egroupware, where I make examples and
publish it on my demo site with preconfigured/filled egw.
Please specify, what kind of information/documents and how deep do you need.

I need some feedback, what do you need exactly, after I can work on the details.

Because I’m working on it in my freetime, it will takes time :slight_smile:
