Can anyone advise if it possible to delete unwanted trouble tickets?
I made some for tests and now want to delete them.
Using Tomcat but need to do more? Need to support web services, security?

You can remove them manually from the DB,
DELETE FROM phpgw_tts_tickets
WHERE ticket_id=123;
DELETE FROM egw_history_log
WHERE history_appname=‘tts’ AND history_record_id=123;
