How to give rights to change password?

I have created users with only bookmarks & home application rights.

They are not getting any option to change password . How can i give them rights to change password?

give them the right for Preferences .

Thanks Stefan ,

I gave access of preferences and blocked change of category and access thru preferences app permissions for a particular group.
