Mail server closed the connection unexpectedly

Hi All,
I am often getting this Error Message

Does anyone have the same problem?
Any suggestions?

Mailserver of EGw or external IMAP server?
Looking into the IMAP logs would be helpful…

“Mail server closed the connection unexpectedly.”

You will probably have to ask the mail server why it is cancelling the connection.
