Is there an application that allows me to mail all users, or all users
in a specific group?

Hi, if you mean “real” mails, I wrote a small application called groupmail that
does exactly this. You can download it from http://www.heller-web.net/software/groupmail_1.4.zip for eGW 1.4 and groupmail_1.2.zip for eGW 1.2

Not to detract from the work Florian has done, but you can setup distribution lists in Addressbook, then when composing a new email, just select the Addressbook icon, select the list, and add all.
