I’ve just update 1.6 to 1.8. Everything is working well. Alarms are functioning.
One small issue to resolve. My server resides in GMT-7. I reside in GMT-5. I’m having trouble getting alarms to send at the correct time AND to reflect the correct times in the body of the alarm message. I can get one of the 2 correct but not both. This was NOT a problem with 1.6.
When I set the Timezone in Common Preferences to America/New_York my alarm reminder sends at the time for which it was set but reflects the server time in the body of the message. The message below was for an alarm set for 1:45 pm.

When I set the Timezone in Common Preferences to America/Denver my alarm reminder reflects the time for which the alarm was set but doesn’t actually send until 2 hours later. The message below was for an alarm set for 3:25 pm.

I’ve tried adding the following to my php.ini
;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;
; Timezone Options ;
;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;
[Date]
; Defines the default timezone used by the date functions
date.timezone = “America/Denver”
I’ve tried setting date.timezone to both “America/Denver” & “America/New_York”. Doesn’t seem to have any effect.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!
