Wiki - images from FileManager

I am trying to create wiki pages in which I include images that are stored in the my egroupware Filemanager. I use the vsf convention which seems to work fine. However, other users in my company can display the wiki pages but the images are not displayed.

Is there an additional setting or other that I am missing? Tried to search for clues but did not find anything else close to this.

The other users must have at least read rights for the file/folder. Maybe you want to check this.

Thanks Jurgen. I looked at the options in the Filemanager preferences but I
cannot find a method of setting a files rights here. It would make sense to
be able to set a files attributes here but I am not seeing it.

The other users must have a least read rights for the file/folder. Maybe you
want to check this.

you should click the “edit settings” icon of the file/folder within filemanager (index side), then you will see the permission stuff.

No. The directory/location I have access to is a personal area, e.g.
/home/jstewart.

To avoid misunderstandings I’ve attached a screen shot of what I’m talking about.
You can see 2+1 “edit-settings” icons.
The third one, the context menu is only available in trunk and of course in the EPL from stylite ;-).

Maybe you have to use the web front end of the forum (nabble) to see the screen shot.

Ok good you sent that as we are definitely running an older version here.
The version listed under Home is 1.2. Here is a screen shot of my
filemanager.

To avoid misunderstandings I’ve attached a screen shot of what I’m talking
about.
You can see 2+1 “edit-settings” icons.

okay - sorry, I’m out because I’ve send my last 1.2 installation to /dev/null a long time ago.
Anyway I would recommend an update to a current version and believe me it’s worth it, you will get an overwhelming functionality blast. Make a backup and fasten your seat belts…

okay I made up my mind, try this:

go to the admin/user groups or admin/user accounts which is the owner of the files/folder; click the file manager app icon “edit settings” and give the necessary rights to the users/groups which should have access to the wiki vfs link - maybe this will work.
