That’s obviously not in 14.1.20140923 package from yesterday, so you
need to replace your admin/inc/class.admin_cmd_edit_user.inc.php file
with the one linked above.

While trying to add a new user into EGW 14.1 I get this DB error:
Invalid SQL: INSERT INTO egw_accounts
(account_lid,account_id,account_primary_group,account_expires,account_type,account_status,account_pwd,account_lastpwd_change)
VALUES

ERROR: duplicate key value violates unique constraint
"egw_accounts_pkey" DETAIL: Key (account_id)=(0) already exists. (-1)
Tried it with a couple of new users, one showed up in Addressbook but
not in accounts, the other didn’t show up anywhere.
